Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Students are only authorized to deposit their fee through Debit Card / Credit Card and Net banking facility.

2. Once the fee is successfully paid through the aforementioned modes, it can’t be refunded online.

3. If by mistake, the fee is deposited twice by the student in one transaction and he/she wants to get the refund of the additional / excess fee. He / She is required to submit a request letter to accounts branch with the transaction detail / online receipt number.

4. Refund shall only be permitted in case the candidate has given the fee more than once due to transaction failure.

Note : We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
