Professional Experience: 

I, did my doctorate under the supervision of Dr. A. Dinakara Rao, Professor & Head, Department of Bioinformatics, at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry, India.My doctoral research work was mainly focused on in-silico analysis involving the molecular docking, virtual screening, and specialized Molecular dynamics studies which allows better understanding of various steps rmsd, rmsf, radius of gyration and compactness of protein in regulatory genes/proteins/pathways during interaction and pathogenesis progression.

My Ph.D. thesis entitled “Screening and Analysis of Novel Inhibitors against Drug targets AChE and ApoE4 involved in Alzheimer’s disease by an In-silico approach”.

Experience in guiding students of M.Sc. and M.Tech. during their project.
