Constitution Day celebrated at Glocal University

On 26th November, the Glocal University under the visionary guidance of Vice Chancellor of the Glocal University, Prof. (Dr.) P. K. Bharti celebrated Constitution Day.

On this occasion the Glocal Law School conducted a debate and speech competition to celebrate Constitution Day.

The program was chaired by Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Pro Vice Chancellor, Glocal University.

The event began with opening remarks of the Dean, Glocal Law School, Prof. (Dr.) P. S. Pawar, highlighting the significance of celebrating Constitution Day and emphasizing the uniqueness of the Indian Constitution.

During the event, faculty members of the Glocal Law School, including Dr. Atika Bano, Ms. Vaishali, Dr. Waseem Ahmad, expressed their thoughts on the fundamental principles of the Constitution i.e. justice, freedom, equality, unity and integrity of India and the importance of democracy.

The event was anchoring of the event was done by the Dean of the School of Vocational Studies, Dr. Reshma Tahir.

In the speech competition, participants presented their views on various topics related to the Constitution, such as fundamental rights, fundamental duties, Article 19 and 21, and the right to education.

Winners, runners-up, and participants were awarded with a Bare Act of the Indian Constitution and prizes.

At last, all participants recited the Preamble of the Constitution of India, and the program concluded with the national anthem.
