Executive Summary

Mr. Shubham Singh Bagla is Assistant Professor at Glocal Law School, Glocal University, Saharanpur (UP). He is the Director of the Legal Aid Committee of Glocal Law School. He is also the Faculty Coordinator of GLS Coaching and Guidance Centre. He has worked as an Advocate of Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and other subordinate courts in Delhi. He worked on the Dissertation titled, “Cyber Forensics in the Contemporary World.” He is the founding member and Legal Advisor of the Ujjawal Sansaar Society (non-governmental organization). He has worked on various community development projects and is dedicated to the cause of Legal Aid and RTI activist. He had published research papers in international and national journals of high repute. He also had participated in various workshops and conferences organized by Ministry of Environment & Forests, West Law India, Vigyan Foundation, Lucknow, etc. and esteemed think tanks like Centre for International Legal Studies, Austria, Centre for Health & Environmental Studies, Dehradun, Centre for Social Justice, Ahmedabad, etc.
